Who We Are

We started RISE because we believe mental well-being is a requisite for physical well-being. We believe music can inspire us, and that the energy we feel when we move and connect together cannot be replicated.

We curate fun, challenging, and purposeful workouts in an inclusive space in which you can get lost in the music, surrounded by a strong community.

Who You Are

  • You are passionate and excited about connecting, motivating, energizing and inspiring the people around you. 

  • You are kind, caring, and possess strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence. You love to put others first and do your best to ensure that everyone has a great time.

  • You understand that as an instructor your goal is to make everyone around you feel like a rockstar, rather than focusing on being the rockstar yourself.

Requirements

  • Availability for non-traditional hours - early mornings, late-evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Friendly, outgoing with strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

  • Strong sense of integrity and confidence.

  • Positive, motivating and infectious energy.

  • Passion for music, movement, and most importantly - helping others. 

  • Dedication and enthusiasm for the RISE CYCLE brand.

  • Dependable and reliable.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, and possess the ability to build connection and relationships. 

  • Have completed a minimum of 100 spin classes, can ride to the beat with strong form for the entirety of a spin class.

  • Able to dedicate two weekday evenings and weekends for intensive training between late-February to July 2025.
